Growth, impact, & workplace recognition.

Our story began in 2012 with LRP Recycling and a belief that everyday service industries could offer a better customer experience. That belief continues to guide the companies we build and the people we invest in.

From one project to a family of businesses.

In 2012, Dan Nguyen launched LRP Recycling with a single truck and a vision for a better way to serve customers.

That first business became the foundation for NewWin Company: an organization dedicated to creating, operating, and growing service businesses.
