Dan Nguyen - Founder

Dan Nguyen, the founder and visionary behind NewWin Company, began his entrepreneurial journey in 2012 with the launch of LRP Recycling, a company dedicated to mattress installation, removal, and recycling. Building on the success of this venture, Dan expanded into new industries, founding Office Space Movers, a commercial moving company, followed by Fitted Laundry Outfitters, a custom apparel brand.

Continuing his passion for innovation and growth, Dan established Top Line Event Rentals, providing high-quality event equipment, and Jump and Slide, a fun-filled party rental service. Each company reflects Dan’s commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and community impact, embodying the values that drive NewWin Companies forward.

Dan’s journey showcases his entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, and ability to turn challenges into thriving businesses, creating opportunities for his team and delivering exceptional services across industries.

Julianna Nguyen - Executive Advisor

Julianna Nguyen serves as the Executive Advisor at NewWin Company, acting as a trusted second-in-command to Dan Nguyen. She provides valuable feedback and an objective perspective on the company’s operations, helping guide strategic decisions across all businesses.

 

Her ability to assess situations from a broader view ensures balanced, thoughtful decision-making and contributes to the continued success of NewWin Companies.

Matthew Russell - Legal Counsel

Matthew Russell serves as the legal advisor for NewWin Company, providing expert counsel across all facets of our operations. Michael Ransden - Controller

Michael Ransden, CPA, is the Controller and trusted financial advisor for NewWin Company. With extensive experience in accounting and financial strategy, Michael oversees the financial operations of our diverse businesses. His expertise in tax planning, budgeting, and financial reporting ensures our company’s fiscal stability and growth.

Dedicated to precision and excellence, Michael plays a pivotal role in aligning our financial goals with our strategic vision, making him an integral part of the NewWin Company team.

Andrew Talvey - Financial Coordinator

Andrew Talvy brings over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and office management to NewWin Companies. As our Financial Coordinator, he supports our team with accurate reporting, payroll processing, and overall financial organization. Andrew is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor with a strong background in working directly with business owners, streamlining processes, and ensuring timely and reliable results. His professionalism, leadership, and attention to detail make him a valuable addition to our growing organization.

Pete Tran - Marketing Director

Peter Tran serves as the Marketing Director for NewWin Companies, overseeing the marketing strategies and initiatives across all our businesses. With expertise in social media management, email marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation, Peter plays a key role in amplifying our brand presence and driving growth.

 

His creative vision, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering impactful marketing solutions make him an invaluable asset to NewWin Companies. Peter’s work ensures that our companies remain dynamic, innovative, and customer-focused.

Shanna Stone - Office Manager

Shanna Stone is the office manager for NewWin Companies and plays an essential role in keeping daily operations organized across all the businesses under the NewWin umbrella. She is the first point of contact for customers, partners, and team members, ensuring communication is clear and every detail is handled the right way. Shanna manages phones, messages, scheduling, office supplies, and supports staff across LRP Recycling, Top Line Event Rentals, and Fitted Laundry. She also helps coordinate company events, assists with community outreach, and provides direct administrative support to Dan. Her reliability, organization, and steady presence make her a key part of the NewWin Companies team.

Jennifer Cipolla - Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Jen Cipolla is the Operations, Marketing, and Office Coordinator at NewWin Companies, supporting multiple businesses under the NewWin umbrella. She brings strong experience in digital marketing, market analysis, graphic design, and office management, helping ensure both day to day operations and strategic initiatives run smoothly across the organization.

 

Jen plays a key role in managing schedules, internal coordination, and administrative workflows while supporting leadership and team communication. On the marketing side, she oversees digital content, assists with campaign planning, analyzes customer and market trends, and creates visual assets that strengthen the NewWin brand and its individual companies. Her ability to balance operational support with creative and analytical work makes her an important contributor to NewWin Companies’ organization, growth, and visibility.
